The Management / Governing Body of Website, (hereafter, the controller), assumes the maximum responsibility and commitment in establishing, implementing and maintaining this Data Protection Policy, guaranteeing the controller’s continuous improvement with the aim of achieving the best compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation for the Protection of Data) (DOUE L 119/1, 04-05-2106), and with Spanish law on the protection of personal data (Organic Law, sector-specific legislation and its implementing rules).

The Data Protection Policy of Website, rests on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the controller is responsible for the fulfilment of the regulatory and legal framework that governs said Policy, and he is capable of demonstrating it before the relevant control authorities.

To that effect, the controller shall be governed by the following principles that should be used by his personnel as a guide and reference framework in the processing of personal data:

the controller will apply, both when determining the means of processing and during the actual processing, appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as pseudonymisation, conceived in order to apply efficiently the principles for the protection of data, such as the minimisation of data, and integrate the necessaries guarantees during processing.

the controller will apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures with aim to guarantee that, by default, the only personal data processed are the data needed for each specific processing purpose.

  1. Data Protection during the life-cycle of the information:

the measures that guarantee the protection of personal data will be applicable throughout the whole life-cycle of the information.

  1. Lawfulness, loyalty and transparency:

personal data will be treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

  1. Purpose limitation

personal data will be collected for determined, explicit and legitimate purposes only and will not be processed further in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes.

  1. Data minimisation

the personal data will be adequate, pertinent and limited to the necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

  1. Accuracy

personal data will be accurate and, if necessary, updated; all reasonable measures will be adopted for the deletion and rectification without delay of personal data that are inexact with respect to the purposes for which they are treated.

personal data will be retained such as to allow for the identification of the interested parties for a period no longer than what is needed for the purposes of the processing of personal data.

  1. Integrity and confidentiality

personal data will be processed in a manner that will guarantee the appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against non-authorised or illegal processing and against its loss, destruction or accidental damage, through the application of the appropriate technical and organisation measures.

  1. Notification and training

one of the keys to guarantee the protection of the personal data is the training and notification of the personnel involved in the processing of this data. During the life-cycle of the information, all personnel having access to this data will be conveniently notified and trained regarding its obligations in relation to the compliance with the laws on the protection of data.

The Data Protection Policy of Website, is communicated to all personnel responsible for the processing and put at the disposal of all interested parties.

As a consequence, this Data Protection Policy involves all personnel responsible for the processing, that must read and accept it, considering it theirs, since each member will be responsible for its application and the verification of the laws on protection of data applicable to its activity, while also identifying and implementing the best methods that it will consider appropriate with the objective of achieving the best level of compliance on the topic.

This Policy will be revised by the Management / Governing Body of Website, as many times as it is deemed necessary, to adapt it, at any moment, to the provisions in force on the protection of personal data.
